SkidzOn Racer — Account & Data Deletion

At SkidzOn Racer we respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all the data associated with it at any time. Choose one of the two options below.

Option 1 — Delete your account from the app (recommended)

The SkidzOn Racer mobile app has a built-in option to permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the SkidzOn Racer app on your phone.
  2. Log in with the account you want to delete.
  3. Open the side menu (top-left icon) and tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  5. Tap Delete account and confirm in the dialog.

Your account, profile, races, laps and any related data will be permanently removed from our servers immediately. You will be signed out automatically.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to:

info@inventorgroup.com.au

Please use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request – SkidzOn Racer

In your message, please include:

  • The email address associated with your SkidzOn Racer account.
  • Your full name (if available).
  • A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted.

We will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information is removed from our systems:

  • Your user profile (name, email, avatar, birth year).
  • All of your races, laps and telemetry records associated with your account.
  • Your test results and saved sessions.
  • All authentication tokens and active sessions.

Data that may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where strictly necessary:

  • To comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  • To resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
  • To detect or prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents.
  • Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.

Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
